The following is a rough layout of the stat modifiers of Settlements, and how those modifiers effect specific actions in those cities.
|Corruption||Bluff vs. city officials or guards; Stealth checks made outside.|
|Crime||Sense Motive vs. Bluff; Slight of Hand to pick pockets.|
|Economy||All Craft, Perform, or Profession checks to make money.|
|Law||Intimidate to force friendly behavior; Diplomacy vs. Officials and calling guards|
|Lore||Diplomacy to gather information; Knowledge checks using city resources|
|Society||Disguise checks; Diplomacy to alter any non-official’s attitude.|
